Transportation
For the convenience of camp families, we plan on offering daily bus service from Sharon. Please see the transportation link below for more details.
Registration Policies and Important Dates
- A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required for each registered camper in order to reserve their space. This deposit will be applied to their camp tuition.
- In order to secure the Premium Savings Rate, completed registration and deposit must be received by December 31st, 2025, with full payment due by February 28th, 2026.
- In order to secure the Value Savings Rate, completed registration and full payment must be received by February 28th, 2026.
- Full payment must accompany all registrations received after February 28th, 2026.
- All paid camp tuition (excluding nonrefundable deposit) is refundable and/or transferable up until March 1st, 2026. All such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- After March 1st, 2026, weeks dropped are non-refundable.
- There is no credit for unused days.
- There is a discount for each additional sibling registered for one session or more. We also offer a sibling bus discount.
- The rates for Early Drop-Off and Extended Day are not discounted and you can add those to your summer registration at any time before your session starts, space permitting.
