Registration Policies and Important Dates
- A $200 nonrefundable deposit will be applied to each registered camper in order to reserve their space. This deposit will be applied to their camp tuition.
- In order to secure the Premium Savings Rate, complete registration and deposit must be received by December 31st, 2025, with full payment due by February 28th, 2026.
- In order to secure the Value Savings Rate, complete registration and submit full payment by February 28th, 2026.
- Full payment must accompany all registrations received after February 28th, 2026.
- All paid camp tuition (excluding nonrefundable deposit) is refundable and/or transferable up until March 1st, 2026. All such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- After March 1st, 2026, weeks dropped are non-refundable.
- There is no credit for unused days.
- There is a discount for each additional sibling registered for one session or more. We also offer a sibling bus discount.
- The rates for Early Drop-Off and Extended Day are not discounted and you can add those to your summer registration at any time before your session starts, space permitting.

All payments are done via check by mail.
